Partial reload in Qlik Sense Enterprise

Hello everyone! Is there some way to partially reload the application so that only one block of LOAD SCRIPT is updated when there is any change to the data source, without updating other blocks of script?
For example: if a new person appears in the data source, then update only this script block, so that everything else is saved, if there were no changes...
