Pass current selection from Qlik Sense to another Sense App

Hi! I have the following requirment:

I need to add a button in the app 'x' that opens the app 'y' with the selections i already had on the app 'x'

I read a few days ago that there is an extension that is able to archive this but i cannot find it anymore.

Can you help me with that? or is there another way to do this?
