Percentage of people by age group

I would like to know how I can calculate the percentage of people per age group when the age group changes that year.
For example, a person who is 49 and turns 50 is counting in both age groups and I just wanted to count the maximum of the age group

I've solved the problem
instead of calculating the age by day of birth, I calculated by year of birth
Then I created the age range from age by year

Try this

Count(PersonID) / Count(TOTAL <Year> PersonID)
