Pivot Table format in Qlik sense- dimensions after measures

Hi,

I am trying to export data, we are getting the data like this 

downloaded from qlik sense app.PNG

 

 

But, We need below format. While export data from pivot table

 

we need below format.PNG

 

Please help me here, To achieve this

I can see the forum is in QlikSense, This can not be possible if this is something you want only after export..
