Pivot Table

Hello All and good afternoon.

I met a curious bug using a pivot table on Qlik Sense Enterprise on tenant. I use a complex pivot table with many dimensions and many measures, surfing between them using a tree structure, collapsing or expanding the rows if necessary.

Test1.PNG

After an unpredictable number of click, suddenly the tree structure disappear and it remain only one row (the one named 1a in the picture).

Test2.PNG

Another click (no special action, only a click on the tree) and the tree appear again.

Exactly the same pivot table works perfectly in local after loading it over the on premise QSE installation.

Any idea?

Hello, is the product you are using Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows server, or is it SaaS? Thanks!

Hello SIlvia, on both.

The issue is on SaaS and the same issue doesn't fire on windows server ( I upload the same app on windows server, no updates, non new object, exactly the same app to test)

Hi!

I have the same problem that Sgrisanti details, in my case the bug appears in an application on a QlikSense server.
I can't identify a pattern when the information is not displayed, and when scrolling this information appears.

Has anyone managed to fix it?

Thank you very much
