Pivot table grid line formatting (Qlik Sense)

Is it possible to customize the format of grid lines in Qlik Sense pivot tables, such as adding (or adjusting) line bolding or thickness?

Thank you, Padma, for taking time to reply to my question. However, I'm using Qlik Sense (rather than Qlik View), which, to my knowledge, does not expose a similar Design/Object Menu to permit such detailed grid customization. If there is comparable pivot table design functionality within Qlik Sense, I would very much appreciate learning how to access this feature. Thank you.
