Pivot table keeps on recalculating

I've noticed that sometimes a pivot table would keep on recalculating multiple times per second. On each recalculation it resets the scroll bar positions to the very top left. I am not able to reliably reproduce the bug, but it happens often enough to irritate our users on a regular basis. I've noticed it on different applications using different expressions.

I can see that is recalculating by using the "Add Sense" chrome plugin (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/add-sense/bbiljflfafkaejgdebbnmcohpidgkejj)

This is on the November 2018 patch 2 version.

Does anyone know the cause or have experienced something similar?
