Plotting current quarter vs. same quarter from last year's values

Hi Qlik Sense community, hoping to plot data quarterly vs from same quarter last year (see attached pic), for each Department, and select values in Category. For example, for Department value "AA", I'd like to plot this for Category "Claims". 

What's the best way to do this?

Thank you for linking this. I believe it would work for a simpler dataset. For the one i'm working with, it adds more complexity where we need to basically recognize and separate the dataset for a particular department, per certain category. 

I did end up figuring out a solution via the script editor, but did not end up using it since it involved creating about 50 separate tables (per department, per category). To date, still haven't figured out a good expression, we just used a more manual solution.
