Pool of token with Login Access

Hi guys.

I need to assign a number of token with login access license for any person who have the access link to the hub. But i dont know how to configurate this "pool" of users, also i need that this persons doesnt haver rights to edit, delete, etc.

Can anyone help me with this configuration?
