QLik sense Pivot table custom column

Hi All,

I do have sales data. I need to create Pivot table with total as last column. The categories are dynamic, sometime we might have less or more not static. Im unable to do it.

Expected Output:

totals category is sum of sale1+sale2. Your help is greatly appreciated.
