Step 1 : Create a static table contains all countries as the following

Step 2 : concatenate the countries from the previous table to your original table as the following .
Note Don't forget to rename the fields from the Countries table to be same name as fields from you original table.
Concatenate
Load Upper(Country_Name) as "Account Bank Country" ,Upper(Country_ISO) as "Country_ISO_acc"
Resident Countries;
Step 3 : drop countries table .
drop table Countries;
Step 4 : load KML file data as the following
LOAD
UPPER(World_ISO2.Name) AS "Country_ISO_acc",
World_ISO2.Area as Area_acc
FROM [lib://Your-Folder\World_ISO2.kml]
(kml, Table is [world_ISO2]);
