QS Whwn export to PPT or PDF get error msg

Hi All

I having facing this issue since ver 1 , with the current new issue , when i try i still get the same error msg.

Does any one have successfully export to ppt or pdf , kindly share with me,

there is some issue in 2.1.1 and 2.2  i think .even i am also getting same error for 2.1  while exporting to ppt.
