QS ver 3.1 remove embeded chart link ?

Hi All

I notice that now ver 3.1 remove the above feature ? I just want to know , so that i know it is the software i install there are some thing wrong ? Hope some one can share with me.

Please click on the Sheet library Icon on the right pane. 3.0 "+" button feature got changed i guess.
