QSense: Dynamic color for title, footnote and segment in a guage chart

In QlikSense, I am using a guage chart to display a current amount compared to the budgeted amount.
I have a dynamic title calculating the difference between the two, in which it says "amount under budget: " 00.00 or "amount over budget" 00.00. I would like to change the color of the title text (and the color of the segment in the guage) depending on the calculated difference. For example, display title/fottnot/segment in green when the actual amount is within(below) the budgeted amount, and change the color of the title/footnote/segment to red if the actual value is above the budgeted amount
