Qlik Getting a assignee name which has assigned latest date

Hi team,

I have following data.

IssueID	Date	Assignee
1	1/1/2018	A
1	1/2/2018	B
1	1/3/2018	B
1	1/4/2018	C
2	1/1/2018	P
2	1/2/2018	P

I need to have following output. what is the assignee name whom we have assigned latest issue.

for Ex ; for date  1/4/2018  i need to have  . As the for date 1/4/2018 the tickete is assign to user C.

IssueID	Assignee
1	C

If we select 1/2/2018 then

IssueID	Assignee
1	B
2	P
