Qlik Sense Color by Expression bug

I have a set of data that i'm using set analysis on a stacked bar chart.  I need custom colors on the 2nd dimension.

When I apply an expression for custom colors, it undoes my set analysis and shows everything.

Is this a known thing?  How do I get around this?

Do the same set analysis on the color expression, faced some similar problem here.
