I am following instruction on "Explore your app on tablets and small-screen devices", using Desktop Feb 2020.
Press Ctrl+Shift and right click on the sheet and select Show Dev Tools. A new tab opens with the Developer tools, select Timeline in the menu and then select the Emulation tab at the bottom to Enable emulation.
Problem is I can't see/find the Timeline to choose the Emulator
