Hello all,
I am unable to find an answer to this issue, so I would like to ask for your help.
I have installed the QS Document Analyzer 1.7.1, the app is in hub, connector is working, but I cannot connect it to the server.
I get this error:
The user is existing, root admin role.
Should I change the host to IP? What else can I check to make it working?
Sorry if I am spamming, I was unable to find answer.
Thank you
Hi Rob,
As we are using free version QSDA 1.7.1. & downloaded from axis group .
We are using this on Enterprise version for single node.
I don't understand the concept of license as you mentioned .
From back end connection from data load editor its working fine.
But from front end it showing error ,
So when you run several analysis close together, the 3rd one (3 x 2 license = 6) will fail ?
Does it means Application like 1 application takes 2 license like this ?
It's working for first application but when we try to use another application from Front end i.e. Analysis by Title then it fails with the error.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Rob,
sorry for a such long delay in answering, some personal stuff came up.
Yes, I have checked the virtual proxy, it is set up for windows auth.
How it should be populated then, you said that proxy screenshot is different from the hostname, that is correct.
The hostname is the name of the server, right?
Yes, the hostname should be whatever you put in the browser when you access the hub.

Hello @rwunderlich Rob,
I hope you are doing good and safe.
I've installed the QSDA version 1.9 today and when I tried to edit the appmeta connection I was unable to connect to the desktop, I got an error message "HandleJsonRequest not supported" (Attached the error message), I also restarted my desktop even after that I'm getting the same error message!
Could you please guide me to fix this issue?
P.S: Using Feb 2021 QS
Many thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
Vijay
Were you using a previous version of DA before this?
I suggest you also try the new QSDA Pro. It's much easier to install and configure.

Thanks, Rob for your reply and suggestion.
I used an older version of QSDA a year ago in a different computer since we are in a need to analyse our one of the application now I've tried to get meaningful insights from your app 🙂 but couldn't succeed because of this block.
I will try the pro version and is there any way to fix the current error because to get the new software on my PC there is a big workflow to follow.
Again thank you for your support!
BR,
Vijay
