Qlik Sense Enterprise Pivot Table Headers don't show fully

Hello, Qlikers!

Do you know of any method to redisplay columns that have been hidden?

Qlik sense enterprise May 2025.

@Chanty4u - this is old pivot table as you can see on screenshot and that one does not have column width so that is surely not what it is.

@adilio_silva - that looks more like rendering issue. Have you tried using different browser or on different machine. Also does it change if you apply selections on month field to reduce number of dimensions. Lastly do you use any font colour expression on that dimension?

cheers

Here are some predictions

1. Qlik Sense may fail to render headers if the numeric underlying value of the month field in the data set is inconsistent due to partial selections or date type issues. (and try with different browser or reduce the window size using CTRL+-)

2. Try with expand the chart (If you still can't see the label, it is likely due to missing data or a Null value in the header expression.)

2. did you apply any selections ?, if yes try with without selection.

3. if you have any calculated dimension, just try with Month.

Try this option

 Appearance → Presentation → Column Width → Auto

@Chanty4u

This option does not exist!

@Lech_Miszkiewicz

I tested it in other browsers without success; it's a calculated dimension that's in the columns (it could be month, year, quarter). I didn't use any color in the font.

@Nagaraju_KCS

1 - It could be a duplicate entry. The Ctrl+- key doesn't work.
2 - Not working too.

In any case, I used the P&L graphic object, which is more customizable and provides a more user-friendly visual experience.

Thank you all for your help!

In that case I would rather suggest using new pivot table object from Qlik Visualisation Bundle (not P&L one as that one is rather old and I dont think is being improved with all the new styling features).

It would be worth trying as new Pivot Table will have much greater formatting flexibility and soon will become native Qlik Sense object which long term helps for app maintenance.
