Qlik Sense Extension - LUI(Leonardo UI)- Input form Label position

Hi,

I am modifying a Qlik Sense extension and using LUI.

I want the labels of the input form at the left side of the Form.So in the below example the City(Label) should come at the left side of the form. 

What tag should be used? Or which class should be used for this
