Qlik Sense Section Access - Access is Denied Error

Hi!,

I am attempting to use Section Access with Sense.  I have both users with windows accounts and users loaded from a SQL Server using a User Directory Connector.  When Section Access is added to the app, users with windows accounts are able to access the app, but those loaded using the User Directory Connector receive the Access is Denied error.  When I remove section access, all users are able to access the app as expected.

Has anyone ran into this problem before?  How can I make this work?
