Qlik Sense Sept 2020 Desktop - QSD does not enable LAUNCH

G'Day all,

Has anyone noticed Qlik Sense Sept 2020 does not work with a qsd file ?

It's fine if the install is an upgrade from June 2020 (aka July release) but not a clean install.
