Qlik Sense Server JavaScript Error on App Load

My Qlik Sense Server 2.2.3.0 broke down over the weekend and I am trying to get it back up and running. At first I could not even log in, so I ran the repair. Now I am able to log in, but when I click on an app I get a messed up screen that looks like this:

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm getting some JavaScript error which I've traced to the hub.html and client.html files (I think). Would anyone be able to upload a replacement of these files so I can cross reference them and see what went wrong?

Update: I upgraded to 2.2.4. Then I restarted my VM and ran the Repair tool again. This "fixed" the problem at the expense of all my apps being inaccessible (I can see them in the QMC, but not the hub). Fortunately, I am all too familiar with Qlik Sense's propensity for doing stupid crap like this so I had backed up all of my apps beforehand. The users, streams and security roles remained unaffected.
