Qlik Sense Write back to Database

I have a requirement to write back to database some comments by getting some input data from qlik app.

Is this possible, if so how can i accomplish?

it is possible through extensions. there are some basic free ones you could customize for your needs.

In which format is your database?

You are able to store data in excel files, for example.
