Qlik Sense server taking too long to respond

I have a mashup that, as default, stays in qlik sense extension folder (html/js/css) and everything was working fine until june 2017 upgrade.

Measuring loading performance with chrome dev tool, it was possible too observe that my local files where stucking my mashup load (see img) and external files wasnt presenting the same behaviour.

On images take a look and how requirejs, that is on a different folder (C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\Assets...) of extensions loads MUCH faster than my objects that are on "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Extensions"

I have a virtual proxy that have server ip and domain at the whitelist.

I need help to identify why the server is taking too long to respond.
