Qlik Sense shared app: Open same app on different sessions

If I open an app and then I open the same on another web browser, I get the message of the image. Captura.PNG

The System Engine log file show this trace: "Session stop reason: Client connected with a new security context"

Anyone know why it is happening?

Finally I found the solution. The problem was the extended security environment was checked in the virtual proxy configuration so had been disabled the sharing app between devices.
