Qlik Table Matching issue

Hello,

I have a table where essentially the table is highlighted where measures are being matched. I have a dimension which is matching but due to being on different systems, they are coming as different figures and coming through as a not match. Please see example below

The issue I have with the GWP Match columns is that it works when - for example - i only look at the GWP for Policy Number and it is not split by Product, as its only one record per policy then, however when its split by mulitple Products, it does not work. I have highlighted what should be matching in green and what shouldnt in red.

Any suggestions? the expression i am currently using for the non matching column is :
