Qlik Video player - 'The media could not be loaded' errors

Hi Qlik Community,

I've just upgraded to Feb-2021 to take advantage of the 'Video player' object which is now part of the Qlik Dashboard Bundle.

I'm getting the below error: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"

I have tried using a YouTube URL like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGSK5WdSJE4

I've tried using an AWS S3 link like this: https://myvideolibrary.s3.amazonaws.com/NavigatingtheQlikHub.mp4

I've tried SharePoint and MS Teams links too.

I have tried using 'auto detect' and manually setting the format too.

I get the same error in each case - any ideas?

Hi everyone! 

As of now, only some of the video formats can be used in Qlik Sense on Windows. For instance, the YouTube format is only supported in the Qlik Cloud Services at this moment. The good news is that the support for the YouTube video format will be included in the May 2021 release of Qlik Sense for Windows.
