Qlik app automation

Dear all,
I want to create the Qlik app based on the below scenario.

I have an Production environment , so based on the daily rescheduled task created in QMC , some of the dashboards are refreshed daily .

I have to check daily if those apps are refreshed or not and if refreshed what is the time of refresh and size of the dashboard, i need it note it down in my excel sheet.

So my need is here, i don't want to write it down daily in excel manually , instead of that i want like below .

---> I want to see refreshed time and size of dashboards in my Qlik sense app which i created by my own , also other thing is need to show the refreshed date , and column like is dashboard refreshed or not ?

Guys, i hope the above scenario is possible , but the logic is not getting to me, can anyone help me on this.
