Hi,
I'm working on an app that will allow users to be able to export an entire sheet or an individual chart/table as printable pdf files. The feature used to work properly before, but now it seems bugged. Each time I try to use this feature, it gives me such a message 'An error occurred during export. Please try again'. And of course, when I try again it produces the same message anyway. It has been this way since yesterday, and the issue persisted right now.
Does anyone know what happens to my Qliksense? It seems to be affecting other apps as well, so I doubt it has to do with a change I made for the app I am working on. Moreover, I cannot seem to find the location of the log files for Qlik desktop, this does not help with the situation either, please let me know where the log files are located for this kind of export sheet errors if there are more details I can look up, thanks.
I am using Qlik Desktop and I cannot find the Proxy folder at all inside Log folder, this is the folder structure on the PC.

I see there are printing log files in
C:\Users\Jandr\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log\Trace\

Strange, why I am not seeing the folder Trace as you mentioned? Are you using Qlik desktop or server?

I am using the May 2024 version, I dont think this is a problem though, perhaps the configuration is different but i am not sure how to change it.
