Users are getting the following error while accessing a published qliksense application
“An error occurred. Unsupported file format”.
This application has got section access. It works fine for one day and the very next day we can't open the app.
Does anyone know whats going on?
Try to duplicate the app from QMC, delete the and republish it over the corrupted ones.
If it doesn't works try to duplicate it again from QMC, change the app name, then publish.
Thanks for the reply. I tried that initially.
I did copy the app then opened without data, reloaded and published. It worked well for a day then problem reoccurred.
Later I changed entries in the the section access file and reloaded . Since then its working for two days without any issues.
