Qlik sense desktop Hub does not open when running on local admin account

Hi ,

I'm trying to move my dev environment from a a domain account to a local admin account. I've installed Q Sense Desktop using the local admin account and when I start it the hub doesn't load completely (see image attached). I've checked Firewall settings, Re-Installing, but it does work, it only runs on a windows domain account. Any hints?
