QlikSense Dashboard | Export Data from Table Object | Excel Output to Include Data Filters Applied for Future Reference
Dear All,
We have been getting multiple requests from our regional business teams to understand what data filters or dashboard level data filters were used at the point of data extraction from a Table Object on a QlikSense Dashboard. The out of the box Export as Data option is what is being referred to here.
The data comes out in the form of Excel, but it would be ideal to have another sheet that includes the below information for future reference:
a) Data Extraction Date and Time
b) Data Extracted By: Login User Name
c) Data Filters with Field Names and selected values against those fields like the Current Selections Box.
Would be happy if this could be included as a product feature as this feature is also existing in other leading BI Tools, e.g. Tableau
