QlikSense SVG Map with Lat Long

Hi anyone

I am trying to present a SVG map and plotting some location information with Lat Long coordinates.

I am already looking at https://github.com/brianwmunz/svgReader-QlikSense

But have no idea how to assemble everything. Questions:

1. How do I generate a SVG Map? I have a on-premise arcgis server

2. What data do i need to put in on the SVG Map so that it can show pop up of the location information accurately based on Lat Long coordinates?
