QlikSense default session monitor app: Session Duration

Hi All,

I am analyzing default session monitor app provided by Qlik. It gives the the information about users's app sessions. I was checking one report like Session Details. For one user it's showing session duration as 87 hours. Is it showing correct data? I have validated some of the log files with session monitor app. Data is matching with app. But I am not able to understand why it's showing session duration for some users as 70+ hours. Could you please assist on this.

I can't help, but can confirm that the same issue has been reported to me on our site.

The session Start and Session Finish columns show a zero duration, yet the duration column is very high.

I face this issue in our platform - the session goes as high as 300+ hours.
