Qliksense License Monitor app refresh failed due to "I/O Error" in QVD

Hi,

The default License Monitor app have recently failed to refresh due to " Error: I/O error governanceSession_7.10.0.qvd". Could anyone advise what is this error about and what causes this error to occur suddenly? How should I resolve this error so that the License Monitor can refresh?
