For On Prem: It will be dependant on your authentication method used there (which you didn't mention in your question) so you may want to speak to your network admin first and clarify that with them. They will also tell you if they can enforce it.

Please make sure you specify what product you are talking about. "Qlik Sense Hub" is a wide umbrella and does cover multiple solutions which differ in nature
Please describe what you are trying to achieve and what you have studied so far so we dont have to repeat obvious things. Usually checking help site https://help.qlik.com is first step then support articles https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/tkb-p/qlik-support-knowledge-base and then community. Which of those have you already covered? Asking one-sentence long questions does beg a question if you have done any of the above?
Please dont get me wrong - I mention above 2 points as community is for everyone to learn from it and not having properly formulated questions creates a lot of useless content which does not bring any positive value to anyone, thats all
