Qliksense pivot Table

Hi All,

 In Qliksense Pivot table, i was taken one dimension (item)& one column (Month)& one measure(Value)

item field having opening, closing, adding,purchase........

in month column totals, i was un hide

in month column totals i want to show in 'opening' in items means only 'jan'

in month column totals i want  to show in 'closing' in items means only 'dec'

in month column totals i want  to show in 'purchase' in items means only 'opening+adding'

remaining all items total will consider from  jan to dec.

How can i achieve these,

please anyone tell me
