Hi, I made a modification to a QlikView app, adding a column to a pivot table, but there is a user that can't see the column, other users can. I thought that the problem are the cookies of the browser, but the user logged in another PC and happend the same thing. Please help me.
That's the one.. just wanted to double check the properties...
As a test can you create a test sheet with a filter list for that field, and also a new chart with that field.
If that shows for the user, it may just be a bug and beat to recreate the pivot table from scratch.
Check for any security section access applied in that Qlikview App
Is there section access in your app where the column is omitted for that user ?

Yes, I have section access, but all the users have the same conditions.
Another thing, the section acces is only for data reduction, not columns or field access.
