Question about dates - Use Value of variable in formula

Hi Guys, can you help me please im on Qlik sense

I have also created a variable (vDistributionYear) see attached picture with drop down, they can select "1 year" ,"2 years", "3 years", "4 years" ...

If they selected "2 years" i want they see lines with distribution year 2023 and 2024

If they selected "3 years" i want they see only lines with distribution year 2023,2024,2025 etc
