Hi Guys i have to present to the client with chart relation between sales and profit over time.

I have columns : dates, total sales, net profit margin% and cost.

I guess in options charts are : line chart and combo chart, but net profit margin % i can show only in combo chart ?

Thank you for your advice

best thing would becombo charts as you Can show one dimension and Multiple measures.

you Can have

Dimension:dates,

Expression: total sales, net profit margin% and cost.

first Y axis as Total Sales and Net Profit----- Show in Bar

margin% in Next Y but represent it as   line or SYmbol to show a different Scale

may be a combo chart having sales as one measure on one axis and margin% on another axis, cost as an alternate measure so that you can switch amongst them to understand the co-relation. I understand the limitation of having any two measures at one point of time.
