REMOVE TOTAL IN QLIKVIEW CHART BUT TOTAL MODE IS NOT ACTIVE

Total mode is deactive (i could't choose radio button), so i can't remove total in my pivot table. 

Do you have any idea?

Take a look at the Presentation tab in the object properties. There you can control the partial sums per dimension in your pivot table.
