REST API (GET) doest work with Json (respone type)

When we try to use the connection REST (Json)
we getting an error:

Cannot parse data in the selected response type. Check the "Response Type" parameter value

When we using the XML (response type) its working.
But how we can change it that the Json is also working because we need this connection.
