Range Chart for Negative Values

Hey, I've implemented the Range Chart from Viz Tips III. It works fine when data is greater than 0. Anything below 0 breaks. I've been trying to work around it for a couple of days, can't get anything that really works. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks !
