Rank as KPI for selected Dimension

Hi,

I am trying to show rank as a KPI based on the selected Dimension in the filter. I went thru a couple of posts Rank in Textbox as KPI  and KPI objects: returning a rank for a specific dimension value but none seems to solve my problem.

Can someone please help.
