Reload QS from App - Call Task

Hello, 

I have a small App in QlikSense which uses Data from Sharepoint via Q-Web Connector. 

Now I want to enable all Users of the App to reload it by themself, but I dont know how? 

So is there a general Availability of this Functionality by Qlik itself? 

So far I created a reload Task but how do I trigger this Ask from the App?

Are talking about about a Client Managed or SaaS version of Qlik Sense?
In both cases, rather from the app, the reload can be triggered from the hub.

I got it: 

Create a Button and assign the Reload Action to it: 

Thats it. 
If you want to show the Last Time the App was reloaded use Function ReloadTime().
