Reload monitor error

I am getting below error while running "Reload Monitor" application:

I am using Qliksense Feb 2024

Have you tried to reload the app with a task from the QMC,

perhaps your account don't have the right to connect on the database ?

Is it a install or an issue after an update  ?

Have you try to reinstall the application ?

I advice you to reinstall and to launch from the QMC,
