Removing duplicates from the table

Hello Everyone ,

I have a data in the  below format 

Job:
Load * Inline [

Job,Status,Sell_Amount
1,Yes,100
2,No,200
3,Yes,300
3,No,400
3,YesWIP,500
];

and i want the output in the below format after removing the duplicate 

Job,Status,Sell_Amount
1,Yes,100
2,No,200
3,Yes,300

Could you kindly help me to achieve this .
