Replicate QlikView pivot table in Qlik Sense Visualization by adding/removing personalized dimensions?

Good morning everyone,
is there a visualization, similar to the straight table in Qlik Visualization bundle, that allows me to add/remove and the dimensions and measures from a list?

Your solution is very useful and we are already using it in QlikView. Is it possible to apply it also to the pivot table in Qlik Sense without having the performance problems?

As soon as you have aggregated data with optimal expressions, should be fine.
