Resource Capacity planning

Hi

I am looking for an example of a HR resource capacity planning app, so that i don't have to re-invent or create one from scratch.

I have a team of 19 resources which i want to understand their utilization by account assignments, type of account, geographical location etc.

if anyone knows or has something similar that i could get a copy of that would be great.
